A former youth minister at First United Pentecostal Church in Parma [Ohio] has been charged with four counts of sexual battery and three counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.Joshua O’Bannion, 25, allegedly had sex with two girls, ages 14 and 15, while he was youth minister at the church. The girls had been attending the church at the time.
O’Bannion’s arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 19 in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. …
In September, Parma police spokesman Marty Compton said O’Bannion allegedly had sex with the two girls several times. The acts became more progressive as time went on…
At the time of the arrest, O’Bannion was a youth minister intern at Christ Life Church in Tempe, Ariz. The girl had attended Christ Life Church.
