Dave Hyles’s Old Church For Sale

Speaking of hypocritical Independent Fundamental Baptists (and we were), it appears Florida’s Bearean Baptist Church, that is, David Hyles‘s old church — the one he was reportedly thrown out of for “sexual misconduct” with three different women, including the infamous Joyce Phaneuf — is up for sale.

(Dave, of course, is IFB godfather Jack Hyles‘s wayward boy.)

For six million bucks, it might be worth it, just to turn the place into something that would blanche the already pasty-white faces of its current leadership and congregation. But we’d have to call up our spiritualist friend to come cleanse the place with sage before we’d ever step inside… not that there’s that much sage in the world. Maybe bleach would work.
