He admitted to three third-degree felonies; unlawful contact with a minor related to child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor related to obscene or sexual materials, and criminal use of a computer, according to the state attorney general’s office. Berlin was also ordered to undergo a sex offender evaluation before his sentencing in January.
