Verdict: Guilty, two counts of sexual abuse of a minor under 15; guilty, two counts of molestation of a child; guilty, two counts of sexual conduct of a minor under 15; not guilty, two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
Sentencing: September 18, 2009. Could get up to 70 years.
Per KGUN-TV in Tucson, Decaire rolled the dice on a trial, rejecting a plea bargain for a maximum sentence of 24 years. Guess he lost!
