According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, ‘[Jack] Kemp, in a phone interview from Janesville, said any consideration of impeachment should be done carefully and in a bipartisan manner. “I’m not shouting for resignation or anything like that,” said Kemp, who came to Wisconsin to stump for Paul Ryan, the Republican candidate in the 1st District covering the southeast corner of the state.
