Samuel Curtis Johnson III, a.k.a. Curt Johnson, is the great-great grandson of Samuel Curtis Johnson, Sr., founder of cleaning-products (Pledge, Windex, Ziploc, etc.) empire SC Johnson & Son, and himself chairman of SC Johnson spinoff Diversey, Inc. — at least until February, 2011, when he took a leave of absence “for personal reasons,” then “retired” altogether (at age 55) in March.
