JUNEAU, Alaska (CN) — Rock star and gun-rights activist Ted Nugent faces up to a year in jail and a $100,000 fine for wounding a black bear he could not capture, then killing a second one in violation of his bag limit — for his cable TV show, according to his federal plea agreement.

Ted Nugent, we are told, used to have some sort of involvement with The Devil’s Music, a.k.a. Rock And/Or Roll. We doubt he could have been any sort of rock star, as rock stars seldom achieve any measure of success without following one of the greatest tenets of the Holy Bible: “Live and let live.”
