Wanda Derby, 71, of Richland Hills, Texas, has been accused of beating and choking a 25-year-old gay man with her cane because she believed he was “going to kill her son” with AIDS.
The incident happened at the Ash Park Apartments, where Derby lives next-door to the alleged victim, Lloyd Guerrero, an actor who lives in Los Angeles but has been staying with his mother for a few months while working on a movie. (more…)
